Term 1 handwriting

Handwriting in my book.

Something I can do well is sloping my letters.

Something I am working on is I write too quickly.

WALT: Use personification and metaphors to create pictures for our readers.

Personification is when you talk or write about an object as if it was a person.

Metaphor is when you say a object is something it is not and then you tell us why you think it is like that

Something I did well was my punctuation

Something I need to work on is spelling and reading back over my writing to check it makes sense.

Reading Term 1

What l love about reading is how you learn to read. It makes you a better reader.

Writing term 1 : Recount.

WALT : Use a variety of sentence lengths and types to make my writing more interesting.

WALT Use punctuation correctly at the beginning and end of sentences.
